SHIPPING
The products are shipped directly from our suppliers, both national and international, to the address provided at checkout.

DELIVERY
Shipping will be processed within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is estimated between 10 and 35 business days, with a maximum of 35 business days, according to the delivery guidelines of the Brazilian postal system (Correios). The delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's location.

MAXIMUM TIMELINES
Estimated delivery time: between 10 and 35 business days. Shipping time: between 3 and 6 business days. These are the maximum estimated times, meaning it’s very likely you will receive your order before these periods. All timelines are calculated in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

All payments at Bebliss are 100% secure. All banking and payment details are encrypted and are not stored in our database. They are sent directly to the credit card processor.

Payment Methods:

  • PIX (bank transfer) – available for one-time payments
  • Credit Cards:

Credit card payments can be split into up to 12 installments.

Important:
Credit cards may have a spending limit set by the card issuer. This limit is calculated based on the total purchase amount, not the installment amount. Therefore, some orders may be declined by the payment processor or card issuer if they exceed this limit.

Bebliss is not responsible for the non-approval of a purchase due to exceeding the card's limit.

The shipping carrier has a timeframe of 4 to 8 days to provide the tracking number to the customer. With this tracking number, it is possible to monitor the status of the order on the Tracking page.

When placing an order as a gift for someone, make sure to enter your email address to receive all summary information.

IMPORTANT:
Ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly, as Bebliss will not be responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.

Returns
You can request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it (in its original packaging) and, for hygiene reasons, must not have been used.
To return your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Never send your purchase back to the sender without contacting us first.
To request a return, simply contact us via email (contato@bebliss.com.br) within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
After receiving the return label, you will have up to 5 calendar days to go to any post office and return your order. If the return deadline is missed, no further return requests will be accepted.
A Kit or Pack is a set of products sold at a discounted price, and as such, it cannot be returned separately. Partial returns of the set are not allowed.
In the case of returns for orders that included promotional gifts, these gifts must also be returned along with the product.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

  • Products showing signs of use
  • Missing packaging or broken seals
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • "Non-Receipt" or "Refusal" of delivery by the customer, resulting in the return of the item to the sender

Although we make every effort to validate address details at the time of shipment, it is essential that the customer enters the correct shipping details during checkout.
If you notice that you entered the wrong or incomplete address when placing the order, please contact us immediately to avoid delivery issues.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Additionally, there is insured shipping, where the paid amount will be 100% refunded if the product is not delivered within 60 business days after shipping, excluding cases beyond the store’s control.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Often, there is a processing time before a refund shows up on your statement or billing cycle.
